Scores are in! Challenge test scores have been sent to guidance offices at middle schools and the high school. Please check with your computer teacher or guidance office to find out if you passed.
Challenge Test Update 4/17/2011
Score Reporting: Passing scores should be posted by May 25. Scores will be sent to middle school and high school computer teacher and guidance offices. Parents and students can check with their guidance office after May 25. If scores are available sooner, that information will be posted here. Passing Grade: There is no set score for passing the test. The passing grade on the challenge test is determined by the number of seats available in the computer apps classes. For example, if there are forty seat available, the top forty scores will be considered "passing".
CHS Computer Literacy Challenge Test When: April 13, 3pm (The test begins right at 3pm (get here by 2:55) and goes until 5pm (students may leave early if they finish early)Where: CHS High Tech Center Room 313. Content: The test will be taken on Office 2007 software. Students unfamilar with Office 2007 are highly encouraged to attend the review day. The test is comprised of three parts: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Reviews for each part are linked below. TEST REVIEW : April 12 at 2:40 pm. CHS Room 313Review will start right at 2:40 pm. Get here early to get a good seat. CHS teachers will do a guided review of the skill sets covered in each part of the test.

Computer Literacy
Class Description This course is an introduction to computers and computer applications. In addition to getting familiar with basic computer functions, we will also be working on various multi-media and design projects where students will demonstrate their understanding of particular programs and units.
